A spiritual thinker and commercial innovator, he leads with a unique blend of business, technology and people management skills.
Kumar has nearly two decades of experience successfully running IT delivery and product development operations. Prior to iMarketing Advantage, he established the highly successful Indian operations for IT multinational Sirius (now SSP UK). He revamped their flagship insurance product plus solutions for niche service providers such as management consultants. He has also led product management and training divisions at product-focused IT organisations including NIIT and Velocient. As Director of Operations at iMarketing Advantage, Kumar is responsible for key areas such as offshore operations and solutions delivery systems. His working mantras are: 'efficiency through automation' and 'success through quality'.
