The company has its headquarters in London, with operational facilities in India. iMarketing Advantage plans to open a US office in the near future.
Nitin Dhawan
CEO
A proven technologist and a passionate business innovator, Nitin Dhawan has built global, product-focused IT companies. In 2001 he founded ITpreneurs, a successful product-based company with a pan-European and US presence, renowned for its technology products in the niche areas of eLearning, IT management and governance. He successfully managed the transition of product development to an offshore facility he built in India, and led new product development, internal quality assurance, collaborative knowledge management and customer-driven solutions architecture. Spurred by initial successes, Dhawan is now expanding the global operations of iMarketing Advantage. A spiritual thinker and commercial innovator, he leads with a unique blend of business, technology and people management skills.
Ajit Kumar
COO
Kumar has nearly two decades of experience successfully running IT delivery and product development operations. Prior to iMarketing Advantage, he established the highly successful Indian operations for IT multinational Sirius (now SSP UK). He revamped their flagship insurance product plus solutions for niche service providers such as management consultants. He has also led product management and training divisions at product-focused IT organisations including NIIT and Velocient. As Director of Operations at iMarketing Advantage, Kumar is responsible for key areas such as offshore operations and solutions delivery systems. His working mantras are: 'efficiency through automation' and 'success through quality'.
Russell Vaught
Business Development Director
Russell has a long record of success in marketing, particularly in the use of innovative media and techniques. He is a barrister and management school graduate whose roles have included MD of a pan-European TV broadcaster, founding director of a digital music distributor and management consultant to clients including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ericsson. Russell has managed multimillion pound businesses and been involved in marketing some of the world’s best-known brands, including Microsoft, Levi’s, Apple, Sony and recording artists Britney Spears and Tom Jones. Russell has extensive international experience and a truly global perspective. He has spoken and chaired debates on media and marketing topics at seminars and conferences worldwide and on broadcast media including BBC Newsnight and MTV.
